A recent survey reveals that US support for Israel’s war on Gaza is declining. The New York Times and Siena Research Institute poll shows 51% of US voters oppose sending additional economic and military aid to Israel. Among respondents, 35% strongly oppose the aid, while only 19% strongly support it.
The poll also found that 40% believe Israel is intentionally killing civilians, and 62% say Israel is not taking enough precautions to avoid civilian casualties. In contrast, only 25% think Israel is doing enough to protect civilians.

Despite this, the Trump administration continues to provide military aid and funding to Israel, including tens of millions of dollars to the controversial Gaza aid group (GHF), which operates militarized aid distribution sites linked to Palestinian fatalities. The administration is reportedly seeking congressional approval to sell over $6 billion in weapons to Israel, such as Apache helicopters and infantry assault vehicles worth $1.9 billion.
President Donald Trump has unveiled a 20-point plan aimed at ending the conflict in Gaza. Key elements include demanding Hamas release all Israeli captives within 72 hours and involving Arab and Muslim nations in swiftly demilitarizing Gaza. Trump mentioned that Hamas is reportedly willing to cooperate in this process.
